Are your flowers real?
Yes. Our preserved flowers are 100%% real botanical material — roses, hydrangeas, pampas and more — treated with a plant-cell fluid replacement process to last 3-5 years.
How long do preserved flowers last?
3 to 5 years under normal indoor conditions, and even longer with proper care. Keep them away from direct sunlight and high humidity.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is flexible and negotiable based on the product and customization. Sample orders are welcome so you can evaluate quality first.
Can I customize colors, packaging and logos?
Absolutely. We support OEM and ODM with custom rose colors, box styles, packaging and private-label logos printed on the box.
Do you provide samples?
Yes — samples ship within 3-7 working days. Sample fees are typically reimbursed on your bulk order.
What are your lead times?
Samples take 3-5 days. Mass production typically takes 1-2 weeks depending on quantity and customization.
How do you ship internationally?
We ship via DHL, FedEx, EMS, TNT, or by air, sea and train as needed. Our packaging is engineered to protect delicate blooms in transit.
Which certifications do you hold?
We are RoHS 2.0 and EN 71 compliant, and TÜV-verified for product safety. Our chief designer is certified by the German Flower Association.
